Week 35 of the NIV Leadership Bible focuses on Leadership Development. The devotions start by pointing out how Jesus grew in all aspects of life. Then, Jesus provides us with an example for developing others when He commissions 72 of his followers in Luke 10.
Finally, we note the importance of leaders developing others leaders through mentoring. For my own development, I’ve had several mentors at work and at church. Today, I’ll share the impact of my “Mount Rushmore Mentors”: Don Blevins, Bill Bates, Joe Tanner, and David Mobley.
