The 8^th Law of Leadership (of 21) according to John Maxwell is the Law of Intuition. Leadership intuition often separates the greatest leaders from the merely good ones. Some people are born with great leadership intuition; others have to work hard to develop and hone it.

With a combination of natural ability and learned skills, Out of This World Leaders use intuition to help critical issues jump out, enabling them to get a handle on the intangible factors, understand them, and work with them to accomplish leadership goals.

Everyone has some kind of intuition, especially in his or her area of natural giftedness.
